Position Description:
Department: Learning & Development Department)
- Provide new trainees with programs orientation to have them familiar with nature of the program (training plan, policies, track and compensations)
- Monitor the performance and conduct of programs trainees
- Develop training plan for new programs trainees
- Prepare periodical assessment report for programs trainees to determine progress and skill acquisition
- Conduct periodical counseling session
- Take corrective actions to improve trainees’ performance and conduct
- Ensure compliance to the programs policies and regulations
- Provide professional development advice on programs/courses eligibility and development resources
- Prepare reports, overview analyses and statistical information on development programs for review by management.
- Conduct research on programs/ trainees, prepare ad hoc reports as needed
