Selection Criteria:

• Applicant must be a Saudi National

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or some closely related discipline or combination of disciplines.
• Six (6) years of experience in human resources activities, of which2-3 years are preferred to have been in Saudi Aramco, performing assignments directly related to area of specialty.
• Must be able to express ideas and thoughts orally and in writing and develop logical and clearly defined reports and presentations in English.
• In some assignments, incumbent must have systems orientation and general knowledge of computer technology.

1. Must have seven (7) years’ experience as editor or writer with an institutional or commercial newspaper.
2. Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English, particularly as related to the requirements of journalism; must have a good command of phraseology
3. Perceptive in handling matters of a confidential nature; adequate background in the cultures, traditions, and beliefs of the various nationalities of his readership, as well as a good knowledge of Saudi press regulations and local sensitivities so as to avoid controversy and offensiveness.

• At least 5 years working in an industrial environment.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and procedures of collective bargaining.
• Knowledge of personnel rules and practices.
• Knowledge of the design and utilization of salary surveys.
• Knowledge of techniques of data collection and interpretation.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with labor organizations, employees, and the public.
• Ability to remain fair and impartial.
• Good conflict resolution skills to reach satisfactory resolutions of labor relations problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic to keep records of discussions, decisions, and agreements.

• Workforce Planners must be a skilled business person who can deliver best practices recruiting yet think strategically about the overall corporate agenda.
• Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including the implementation of internal sourcing capabilities, direct sourcing, networking, professional organizations, internet and referrals.
• Demonstrates knowledge/ability to utilize HR systems and applications.
• English proficiency (written & spoken).

• Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including the implementation of internal sourcing capabilities, direct sourcing, networking, professional organizations, internet and referrals.
• Exhibits remarkable English proficiency and acquainted with multi-cultural knowledge, and international protocols/codes.
• Demonstrates knowledge/ability to utilize HR systems and applications.
